What is the difference between a Helper and a Volunteer?
Volunteers sign an agreement with the site and have access to specific areas in our admin system to manage items required by their role (i.e. Graphics have access to the icon coding tool).

Helpers are members who have gone out of their way multiple times to help the site by organizing events or by doing other acts that have helped the site. Helpers do not have access to any site admin features unless they are a moderator of a forum.

If you feel you are a Helper to the site you can contact site admin to request this status but generally this is awarded without asking.
